Common Questions
Need help getting started?
-
What is PAMM / MAM?
PAMM (Percentage Allocation Management Module) and MAM (Multi-Account Manager) let a money manager trade one strategy across multiple accounts at once. Allocations, gains and losses are applied to each account in proportion to its share.
-
Who is it for?
Two sides. Investors who want their capital traded by a manager rather than trading it themselves, and experienced traders who want to manage capital for others under one strategy.
-
How do I invest with a money manager?
Open a live account, then apply to allocate to a manager from your Client Area. You review the manager's terms before you commit, and you can see your account's position at any time. Allocating to a manager does not guarantee results — your capital is at risk.
-
Do I keep control of my money?
The funds stay in your own trading account. The manager has authority to trade it under the terms you agree to, but not to withdraw it. Withdrawals remain yours to request, subject to the allocation terms.
-
What does it cost?
Standard trading costs apply — the spread, and commission on Raw Spread accounts. Your manager's fee structure is set out in their terms before you allocate.
-
Can I stop or change my allocation?
Yes, in line with the terms you agreed with your manager. Conditions vary, so check them before you allocate.
-
How do I become a money manager?
Apply through your Client Area. Our team reviews each application, including your trading history and risk management approach, before granting manager access.
