Funding & Withdrawals

It's simpler than you might think.

This is how it works:

• Sign in to your Axon Markets client portal with your email and password.
• Click the “Deposit” button in your “Wallet” section.
• Choose from a selection of convenient payment methods and specify the amount you want to deposit. Then follow the prompts on your screen to confirm the payment.
• Once approved, the deposited amount will appear in your Axon Markets Wallet balance, and will be displayed in your Transaction History.
• Transfer funds to a trading account and begin trading!

We do not apply any charges for processing transactions! Your credit card provider, intermediary banks or other payment providers may apply a transaction fee or commission that is beyond our control.

The term "instant" implies that a transaction will be completed without the need for manual processing by a member of our financial department. Please be aware that although it is instantly processed on our side, your deposit or withdrawal request may take some time to be processed on the payment provider's side.

As a general rule, we only process withdrawals back to the payment method you originally used for depositing (back to source rule).

Credit/Debit Cards (only):

If you use a Credit/Debit Card to deposit, we will always send the same total amount of withdrawals equal to your total deposits back to your card. Any remaining withdrawal amount which is above the deposited amount will be processed to the payment method of your choice.

Example: If you deposited $100 by Credit/Debit Card, earned a profit of $1,000 and requested a withdrawal of $1,000, you will get $100 back to your card and the remaining $900 to the payment method of your choice.

Alternative Payment Methods:

If you use a Credit/Debit Card and another method (i.e. AstroPay) to deposit, your withdrawal will first be processed back to your card and any remaining withdrawal amount will be sent back to the other method used. In this case, AstroPay.

Example: If you deposited $100 by AstroPay and $50 by Credit/Debit Card, when you request a withdrawal of $90, you will get $50 back to your card and $40 to your Astropay account.

We will not accept third party or anonymous payments of funds, this is a safeguard put in place to ensure financial security. If the Company is not satisfied as to the above, then we reserve the right to reject the funds and return them to the client while deducting any transfer fees or other charges incurred by the Company. Similarly, Funds can be withdrawn only to your own personal account.

Any withdrawal request coming from a trading account with no trading activity may be subject to investigation, cancellation, and/or charges.
